Christmas morning....In his stocking, Zacky got the voice changer he begged for and we had the pleasure of listening to it ALL day!

Taylor got a hairdryer, fuzzy socks, earrings and her own shade shirt (so she doesn't have to steal mine anymore!)
the kids RAN down to see what Santa brought :)
Taylor got her pink ipod (since I washed her last one!) I wrapped it in the hairdryer box and then in a robe so she was confused ;) and a new hoodie of course!
Zacky was the fun surprise of the day...he's been begging for an i touch for a year since 'EVERYONE else has one but him!' :) I told him 'no' because I didn't want him to have unmonitored internet access, so he stopped asking and had no idea I finally learned you could completely lock out internet so I decided to get it....He had wanted to buy a fake i touch with his own money a couple of months ago, but we told him to wait till Christmas and that his gift was better than an i touch. he fretted for weeks, worried that he should have just bought the other game. I wrapped the i touch in a camera box and he was very gracious and acted very happy :) (and considering that the minute before, Noelle opened her i touch and Zacky said, ' now EVERYONE has one!'...torture.... so I was extra proud of him :) When he opened the box to find the i touch, he screamed. He is SO happy! fun morning!
Taylor bought Kara a snuggie with her own money :) since Kara made fun of her when she thought Taylor had a snuggie on the other night!~ we ended up at shopping on Christmas Eve (first time ever!) because Taylor insisted we take a few names off the giving tree at Olive Garden the night before (at our indoor soccer game celebration). She was so cute...she saw the tree and was so sad that there were so many names left on it. We were past the time, but she made me ask the manager if we could still bring gifts....he said yes and she went to work. When we got to the check stand and I started to pay, she thanked me because she thought she was going to pay for all of it...I was so proud of her for doing all that shopping and fully planning on using a lot of her money to pay. She's such a good girl :)
Taylor got Noelle oobie slippers...we laughed and laughed at how skinny her legs looked with those huge shoes on! And Noelle got Taylor the snow boarding hat she'd been looking for. She and I went shopping all day on the 23rd-so fun- to use her Christmas money, and one thing she was looking for was a hat. We literally looked everywhere and couldn't find one! She was so excited that Noelle found one for her!
Haley sent a hoodie...Taylor's favorite things on the planet!
Zacky finally got his Godzilla :)
We got mom her barn window picture frame...and she cried...always a good sign :) The boys were freaking out that we actually spent money on an old window ;)
Rudolph came and ate the apple Zacky left :)
Taylor gave Zacky a shirt that he had wanted...
and I actually surprised Bryan with an xbox....that rarely happens :) it's for SF, NOT here!
and I got Taylor a huge softie blanket :)
after presents and french toast...we headed to Kimmy's fire station to help get her through the day...she had to sub in at the old station she hates, so she was sad :( She showed us the ambulance she works in....
the boys were extremely impressed ;).....
then we hung out...the kids watched a Christmas movie...
I ALMOST got a bulls eye!
had to get a pic of Kurt....Kimmy actually gets to boss him around now! she's actually is in charge at each call as the paramedic!
taylor did 70 lifts!
next....we stopped at Panda on the way home...could not believe we were eating at Panda on Christmas!!! that's a new one!
after naps....we went to the church to fly Zacky's plane...lucky we have Dan for such events :) someone came to play volleyball within 10 minutes of arriving so we went outside for a a bit...it was freezing, so we went home, ate more cookies, and watched movies! what a day!!!
zacky likes to draw on his i touch...first i thought it was him with daddy and taylor, but he corrected me...it him with Lauren and Addy :) He's very sad because Lauren is moving...and I'm super sad!! So he asked me the other day if he should like Addy again since Lauren will be gone. he's the lunch stud...he and Hudson sit with the 2 cute girls. He told me that he did the shoulder move with her and told her that she started global warming. he is too funny!

We went sledding with everyone...it was a beautiful day! The snow was a little icy so we went with sledding over snowboarding. Even I went down!
Dan started pushing everyone down. The big boys were actually scared :)
then Bryan, Kara and Taylor tried pushing Dan down... with no success!
Zacky got rolled down in the trash can!
Then the jumping other people started!
Bryan brought a trash can???? and the game of the day was knock the can as far over the jump as possible....WT!

the we played white elephant...zacky led off and 'graciously' accepted grandma gayle's jerusalem game....he already knows how to work the fake smile :)

then Bryan did family olympics... we played musical chairs....
then stair races.....
then speed..... we never made it to close encounters (thank goodness!)
Zacky had to do Santa Tracker! He still fully believes...I just can't believe it with all the crazy friends he has....Taylor tried to pretend all the way through that she believed, but then when the adult girls were chatting the other night and Noelle started probing, Taylor mentioned that she knew the truth since her teacher told them!

We had the adults exchange gifts since Kimmy had to work on Christmas Day...it was actually more fun this way....we laughed and laughed all night!! till 3! Devin gave Bryan an ax...did anyone order wood? nerd!!! and Jeff came over with a mustache, so bryan shaved handle bars and Dan shaved chops. gross
Devin also bought him bunny mug :) and jeff got a classic shirt from dan :)
We also did adult stockings early...you can tell by the pastyness of everyone how late it was!
Jared was crying :) the boys are out of control!
kimmy and devin slept in the hall...my room was crammed! it was a testy bedding situation ;)
nighty nighty :) austy and logan woke up while we were still downstairs and the morning coughing, as usual, was out of control, but it's always a fun party!!! (best part was when Kara got yelled at by Becca for jumping on our bed :)
