Kim B. and Devin's WEDDING

The wedding day fiinally arrived! Kimmy came over to get her hair and makeup done :) can't believe my baby sister is getting hitched!

It was a beautiful ceremony (the sealer was hilarious!)
The kids were so excited to hug her!





It was freezing and blowy. It was actually supposed to snow and rain that day, but never did.



we had some family drama in the parking lot about lunch ;) and listened to the girl back into the lamp post...it actually fell down!

kara and the girls sang the song from Wedding Singer 'I want to grow old with you'. Cute cute :)
Bryan's dream of spiking the punch came true! He was so happy! (mountain dew and rock star....SOOO gross!!) Dan was happy!

We had around 200-250 people come through. It turned out great, she looked beautiful and it's all done!
Taylor made the 'wedding cake'. We just did a cheesecake bar, but Taylor wanted to make a cake :)
We threw instant brown rice :) all I had at the last minute!
Mom and Kelly were so mad about the way Bryan decorated the jeep! They used all my fruit and put a turkey in the front seat! The biggest white trash wedding car I've ever seen!

After their Hawaii trip, they came and opened presents.

Wow, an interesting 'rehearsal' dinner with Devin's family. After the endowment session, we weren't sure what other entertainment might be coming our way :) ....kara and dan were just prepping here for their wedding :)
It was the first time you've ever seen so many of us be on time as not to be stuck at certain tables :) Didn't want any climbing!

Ah, the speeches were fun...not as fun as the mold on our salad cheese!
We love having Dan in the family...he's pretty witty! wish I could remember what he said (my stupid brain!) but it was good :)

Zacky's 9th Birthday...Gandalf!

Happy 9th birthday....he picked french toast for breakfast :)
Taylor got him Fablehaven. He was thrilled!
He got a new sweatshirt from grandma martin. He never wears a coat, only sweatshirts :)
When he got back from school, I had a treasure hunt set up for him. He didn't know it, but Grandpa Ashby came a day earlier than he thought and brought Gandalf with him.... he loves treasure hunts :)

He literally ran around....finally ending up in his room with the dog :) He was SO happy!

I got him another remote control helicopter, but this one didn't last long either. He loves them, but they aren't made well enough to last more than a week :(
Everyone came over for birthday banana splits and to see Corndog (Bryan was happy because he wanted a different name... Austin couldn't really say Gandalf, but ended up saying Corndog and it stuck :)
He had a great birthday!
We had Pack Meeting too so it was a busy day!

Devin's brother helped him put some legos together that Seth and Alec brought over.

He really couldn't be happier. He still gets nervous at nighttime sometimes, so he's happy to have a dog to protect him :) We just can't figure out how they fit together on that bed!
