Taylor and I watched Zackys majors game from the car because it is freezing and windy! (and did her homework) Baseball season is in full force and every evening is packed with games or practices!

Taylor with her butt kicking trainer, Emil. We love him! She did great in her last game. She got 2 or the teams 3 goals to win 3-2. She is playing great and still loving this game!!!

Double header Saturday and rescheduled slugfest tourny games. We had 8 games this week! Crazy! Our team struggled at the tourny games and the parents struggled in the snow!!! SOOOOO cold! We got our butts whooped and looked terrible.....

Then Daddy made it back for the Saturday double header games (SO happy to have him home!!!) and things got MUCH better. Even though I get on his case for being a donkey coach, he really does a great job motivating the kids and making it fun and successful....he had a big talk with the kids about changing their habits and wanting to hit and threw in a $300 (for team jackets) incentive. They went crazy! They played great and should have won both games, but due to 1 inning in each game where we had some errors and pitching trouble, we lost. But it was a fun day! Taylor's game got snowed out, so she was sad (mostly because she had to sit at games all day :) She cheered for Zacky and got him treats and hugs (we had a good 'service week'...they've been struggling with being kind to each other, so we made some service goals each day and they were great! They thought of great things to do for each other (chores, kind letters, compliments) and really made me smile...and most of the time without me even reminding them! They are the best kids! I tell them all the time, that even though my luck in lines on earth is not so great (grocery store lines, traffic lights, etc), I must have stood in the right line in the pre-existence cause I got the best kids! So I'll deal with my bad luck here :)
