Go Cart fun!!

Kara came over to do a class massage project. Bryan is really enjoying her training ;)
Taylor took off for her first 'alone' trip to Seattle to visit Haley and Hannah and Mop Mop and Pop Pop. She was SOOO excited!!! She does much better on planes than me! ;) She had the time of her life and I don't think she wanted to come home :)...Lots of lake, tubing, blob, manis and pedis, movies, play time with the Olsens, shopping and much more. Talk about a fun summer camp!!
Zacky and I had a fun week together...he had boat time with Hudson, we had a Wii/ Ping Pong tourny (he kicked my butt in ping pong and guitar hero, but I tied him in wii baseball and beat him in wii tennis--- he was NOT happy about me winning anything! wow the competition in that kid:), we had movie night on the wall in my bed, watched How to Train a Dragon with EVERYONE at the sticky shoe (I told him I'd take him to see the movie, but he said he wanted everyone to come...not offended at all ;), lemonade stand with Hudson, and had lots of late night talks. He is so fun and so sweet. One night I started to dose off and he started rubbing my back! Just love that kid!
.....and we spent a LOT of time looking for the perfect go cart. The kids pooled all their money (from candy shack, babysitting, lawn mowing, jewelry shows, etc) and have been saving since April to buy a go cart together. They finally had enough so I told Zacky we could really look this week. After several got away from us and many duds, we finally found a fabulous one in Kelly's neighborhood of all places! It was more cause it was almost new, so Zacky learned about borrowing money...Daddy was going to charge $4 a week in interest so Zacky sold one of his games to make up for the rest. Smart kid :) He was SO happy!! He and I had fun driving it back home over the canyon trail :)
All the kids LOVE it! and I'm just impressed he can drive it...it has 3 gears!
When Taylor came back home, Zacky and Austin surprised her :) She took off like a crazy lady, and we had to have a little talk (she missed the talk I had w Zacky...he's been an angel in it...very careful and cautious), but since then all is safe and happy :) .... and luckily I got a ceiling bike rack so it fits in the garage!
We took a 3 hour trip down the canal (to Orem!). Daddy and I rode bikes while they switched off driving. It was lots of fun! (I almost died from the heat, but still a fun day!)
We had a toy night after we literally rolled out of the new Pizza Buffet on Sat. night. (and after a day of trying to fix the Grieves go cart and Zacky changing his oil :) Kelly and Jeff got a free 4 wheeler and Dan brought his bike..... Everyone was happy :)...and Taylor learned how to drive a 4 wheeler (Kara and Kimberly have already taught her to drive a stick in the church parking lot....Mom always said they'd get me back since I did the same stupid thing....and Bryan keeps letting her have mini driving sessions to the Earls house. I'm having a heart attack, but she'll definitely be ready when she's 16!)
Thanks alot Dan! ;)
