Taylor FINALLY(so indecisive this year!) chose a laser tag party at the park. She wanted to invite everyone possible (ended up with 16), so this worked. Luckily it wasn't toooo cold....And here's the most important person of the evening...Connor ;) The new crush of her life :) She was nervous about showing him to us...she said, "he's not that cute!" But she went on to tell us that he's a total gentlemen, very nice and kind to everyone and a good kid (starting to hit the age where some of her friends are rebelling and not making the best choices-I'm proud of her for choosing the right here!) . Daddy talked to her about how she is making good choices and picking the right things to place importance on! So funny to listen to the 2 of them have these conversations! How is she this old already! She has a few classes together with him...I call them Connor Days instead of A days!

They had a blast!
Tanner and Austin spent the time fighting over who was sitting right next to Taylor ;)
As we were getting the hot chocolate ready (Zacky had a bball game that morning so it was busy and he was sick...so it was a sad game and I wasn't thrilled about sending him outside for the party!), Zacky and Daddy came out in masks and were telling Taylor about all the stupid things they were going to do during the party to embarrass her in front of Connor and her friends. She was freaking out! :) Oh the fun the boys have!

Austin and Connor both gave her a necklace and of course Tanner ran over to help put them on. I can't believe the fighting over this girl ;) Taylor of course liked Connor's the best :) Austin's not quite sure what to do!
Birthday cake was Daylight donuts :) Half the kids had left at this point but still a fun night! I was FREEZING!!
Next day was Sunday and Bryan decided to invite Connor over for our family party without either Taylor or I knowing. He stole Connor's number off of Taylor's phone and texted him all afternoon. I almost threw up for Taylor's sake when he told me. It was quite the surprise present of the year! He was so nice about it and we had a fun night! Oh Daddy!

we played tape the tail on the bentley :) I had to come up with some fun twists on party games when I found out that Connor was coming ;)
We played around the world ping pong...
The items of choice got sillier as the game progressed
Played the tag ball game that the kids love to play with Daddy...Connor caught on quickly that things at our house are weird, but he loved it :)
A pillow fight broke out...
Daddy made Pookee a cake with EXTRA sprinkles!
Kara and Grandma gave her boots :)
And Kimmy gave her silly frames that later the big boys filled with sketched self portraits.
It was an exhausting night :) Can you tell that the boys are dying for a dog! Zacky can't keep away from Bentley
Sleeping bag wars are the favorite. I have no idea why!
This year, Taylor actually saved her gifts till her special day. She still likes her yearly scrapbook ( I almost forgot!)
Michelle sent a soccer necklace :)
Pop Pop sent a Duke sweatshirt that she wore the next day. This girl and hoodies!
Taylor loved her blanket and pillow from Mop Mop :)
The next day Daddy had to leave for Florida, but we stopped on the way out to take Taylor to Pizza Pie! She was happy :)
When Taylor opened the banana dress from Mop Mop, she screamed! So fun!!!
After school on her birthday, I surprised her and took her to pick out new buckle jeans and get her nails done. She has been begging all year! My jock/princess ;) Zacky was a trooper and sat patiently through the whole mess even though he didn't feel good. Sweet brother!

Then we met Kara and Grandma and Phillippis at Olive Garden for her dinner. Noelle had been going crazy for weeks to give her the biggest peanut butter cup ever! :)
Mop Mop spoiled her again...she sent the sweater that Taylor picked out when we were in Florida together :)
